Our Founder and Chief Instructor
Singa Narayanasamy is the founder and Chief Instructor of ZenVidhya
For over a decade, Singa has been a dedicated mindfulness practitioner, beginning his journey by teaching small community classes in the San Francisco Bay Area. What started as local sessions has since grown into a series of courses, workshops, and retreats in the USA, Singapore, and India.
Singa is deeply committed to helping individuals realize their fullest potential. He believes mindfulness is a practical, empowering tool for navigating the challenges of modern life, and he brings warmth, clarity, and compassion to every program he leads.
His teaching style blends simplicity, practicality, and gentle guidance, helping people integrate mindfulness into everyday life.

The ZenVidhya Difference
mindfulness for Everyday life
You don’t have to clear your calendar, sit still, or adopt a special posture. We teach you how to be mindful while doing your daily activities.
a new way to live
While relaxation is a natural part of mindfulness, we offer you a deeper practice that completely transforms your inner life.
A gift for the community
Because we aren’t driven by profit, we can focus entirely on giving you a warm and friendly space to learn and practice.
